Our main goal is to spread joy by constantly adjusting the quality of our designs and services to our customer's needs. As our kinship grows so are growing the benefits for our community. 

How long does each product take to produce?

Each product is printed and shipped within 2-3 work days.

I'd like to order a custom designed item - how do I proceed?

We are huge fans of custom made designs!
You can:

  • first order the custom item and then contact us with your design request
  • or contact us and get a custom listing made just for you with possible add-ons like mugs, travel mugs and bottles, carry-all bags, totes, shirts, phone cases etc.

Our designers will make a design according to your ideas and once approved it will be sent to production. 

I made a mistake in my shipping address - is it too late to change it?

Unlike design changes, your shipping address can be changed within 48 hours from the moment you've ordered. Please contact us ASAP at office@kinpicks.com

I've made a mistake in my order - I'd like to change it.

This is possible ONLY 12 hours after the order has been placed. 
Please contact us ASAP after the order placement, to request a change. 

Due to upcoming holidays and possible waiting periods in the customs we've shortened the waiting time before the production starts to 12 hours in order to ship your order as soon as possible. 
After the production has started, the design choice or customization cannot be changed.

Do you ship to countries outside the USA?

Yes we do! We ship our products to the whole world. 

Where are your products shipped from? 

We work closely with several manufacturers. Your packages will therefor ship from USA, China, UK and other European countries depending on the product.

My blanket is damaged, has print errors or is the wrong size - can I exchange it?

Yes. Please send us a photo of your blanket ASAP. We'll sort it out for you.

In our experience delays happen on the USA customs quite often. It's common that USPS updates the item tracking info with a couple of days of delay as well. Very often the customers receive their package before the USPS info is updated.
